  3. RetroScan is a professional quality PhotoShop Plug-In that simulates the effect of rescanning a noisy TV signal. It provides an easy way to achieve the fashionable ﾒcyber punkﾓ effect for print, multimedia, and video.

  5. RetroScan has the following controls:

  7.     Signal Boost - Adjusts the ﾒgainﾓ of the video signal
  8.     Snow - Adds noise as if the UHF signal was fading
  9.  
  10.     Scanline Size - Sets the scanline height to 1,2,3, or 4 pixels
  11.     Scanline Contrast - Adjusts the amount of scanline enhancement
  12.  
  13.     Ghost Image - Toggles a faint ghost image 40 pixels to the right
  14.     Ramp Edges - Makes the vertical border look more like a TV
  15.     Generation - Cycles through the filter 1,2, or 3 times
